Here are some of our more commonly asked questions with the answers...
Is smoking allowed in the cottage?
No. Smoking of any kind is PROHIBITED in the cottage, including on the porch.
Does the cottage come with linens and towels?
All the beds will be made with fresh linens and pillows. Limited bath towels and beach towels are also provided, however, we recommend bringing additional towels with you, if possible.
Does the cottage have cable?
Yes. The cottage comes with a basic streaming package & WiFi. The cottage has two TVs, one in the living room (for steaming with your favorite app) and one in the third bedroom which has a built in DVD system. We also have a small collection of family-friendly movies to watch.
What is the maximum number of people allowed?
The maximum occupancy of the cottage sleeps six (6) people comfortably. We have three bedrooms. One on the porch with a Full (not queen) bed, one with a queen bed and one with a bunkbed. Any additional person(s) should be discussed before your visit.
What is the Pet Policy?
Pets are not permitted on the property regardless of their size - sorry.
What other toiletries are provided?
We provide a starter kit of certain supplies only, including, soap, shampoo, tissues and toilet paper. You may need to bring or purchase these items during your stay.
I'm allergic to pet dander. Will there be any issues for me during my stay?
Our cottage is thoroughly cleaned between guests, however, the owners do have a dog and a cat and cannot guarantee that you won't have a reaction. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
